The 2.8 million square feet New Parkland Hospital opened on August 20, 2015 with 862 single patient rooms with private bathrooms. 17 floors, 24 Surgical suites, 44 private labor and delivery rooms, 32,000 square foot centralized burn center.

Clements University Hospital opened on December 6, 2014 with 1.3 million square feet including 460 all-private single rooms, 24 surgical suites, 40 emergency treatment rooms, 72 adult ICU rooms. 10,000 square foot education and conference center with 35,000 square feet of space dedicated specifically to research and learning.
