* The early registration discount continues through Sunday, August 1st. Late registration begins August 2nd. After August 24th, you must register on-site at the meeting.

Registration fees are applicable to all physicians attending only one day or several days of the CME sessions. Please preregister so that arrangements may be made for your participation in the meeting.

NOTE: TSA is not responsible for the security or safekeeping of attendees’ property at any time. If you have any concerns, please contact the meeting facility.

Cancellation Information

For a full refund of registration and/or activity fees: Cancel in writing by 4:30 p.m. Friday, July 30th. Fax your cancellation to (512) 370-1655 or E-mail to info@tsa.org. Workshop fees are non-refundable.

For a partial refund of registration fees: Cancel between July 31st and August 20th for a refund of $75 for registration. After July 30th, no refunds will be issued for activity fees.

No Refund: On or after August 21st, no refunds will be issued.

Helpful Hints:

    • Activity tickets will be available on-site on a limited basis.

    • Dress is resort casual for all business meetings and social activities. Please remember to dress in layers as room temperatures fluctuate.

    • Self-Parking at the hotel for overnight guests is complimentary. Valet and short-term parking are available as well.
