The Exhibitor Hall at the 2025 TSA Annual Meeting will feature changes based on feedback from previous exhibitors. The layout will feature a new design that will encourage more interaction between attendees and exhibitors. New this year, the Whova event app will offer a great way to interact with all our exhibitors. A new Gold Tier Exhibitor package will allow a select few exhibitors time to present their products on stage in the exhibit hall. We are including our 2nd Annual TSA Job Fair (formerly known as the Resident/Medical Student Happy Hour Meet & Greet). We will continue to collect feedback from our exhibitors and sponsors to improve their experience each year.

Sponsorships were secured for the Friday non-CME luncheon, the Welcome Reception, and the Golf Tournament. A new sponsorship was also created and sold for a Thursday non-CME luncheon.

The overall revenue from exhibitors and sponsors has increased significantly compared to last year, and this will allow the TSA to continue to develop a high-quality meeting.
