After August 23rd, pre-registration will close and you must register onsite at the meeting. Registration fees are applicable to all students and physicians attending only one day or several days of the CME sessions. | Cancellation Information |
| For a full refund of registration and/or activity fees: Cancel in writing by 4:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 31st. Fax your cancellation to (512) 370-1655 or e-mail it to judy@tsa.org For a partial refund: Cancel between August 1st and August 18th for a refund of $75 for registration. There is no refund of social activities fees or workshops No Refund: On or after August 19th, there is no refund for the registration fee or social activities fees. |
Helpful Hints
- Activity tickets will be available on-site on a limited basis.
- Dress is resort casual for all business meetings and social activities. Please remember to dress in layers as room temperatures fluctuate.
- Self-Parking at the hotel for overnight guests is complimentary. Valet and short-term parking are available for a fee. For info about pricing, please contact the hotel.
