The Texas Medical Board has updated their Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) section of their website with a question on physician delegation of anesthesia to a midlevel provider (Anesthesiologist Assistants or Nurse Anesthetists). The guidance provided by these FAQs are critical to not only the way physician anesthesiologists practice but also to any physician which delegates to a nurse anesthetist.
