Room Rates 

$219 per night and a $10 resort fee per night, single or double occupancy plus tax.

Deadline

The cut-off date for room reservations is July 15th OR after all the rooms in the block have been reserved, whichever comes first. After July 15th, the hotel will accept reservation requests on a "space available" basis only and rates may be higher.

Women in Anesthesiology Breakfast, 7:00 – 8:00 A.M.

TSA Golf Tournament, 7:15 A.M. – 12:30 P.M.

Wolfdancer Golf Course
The 27th Annual TSA Golf Tournament begins with a shotgun start at 7:30 a.m. Meet at the Pro Shop at 6:45 a.m. for pairings. Wolfdancer Golf Club's dress code prohibits denim, cut-off shorts and T-Shirts on the course and requires Bermuda length shorts if pants are not worn. Wolfdancer Golf Club is a soft-spike shoe facility. The tournament fee includes green fees, shared cart, practice balls, box lunch and refreshments on the cart, and prizes for first, second, and third place teams, the longest drive and closest to the pin.

     Cost per player: $175.00
     (Advance purchase required.)

Please note: All players shall abide by the rules and regulations of the golf course. Individuals will be responsible for damage to golf carts, the golf course, clubhouse, and other facilities caused by their participation. Only soft-spike golf shoes will be allowed.

Rise and Shine Yoga--This all-levels class offers physicians an opportunity to practice techniques for wellness of the body, mind, and spirit. The class uses mindful poses, movement, and breathing to assist the physician in achieving improved focus, strength, and mental clarity. Bring water and a mat (if you have one). Beginners welcome!
